His feedback looks good.You should have eBay buyer protection with that purchase anyway..But check to see if it is covered.I think you have to use Paypal though.I would ask a question through the ask a question link.And ask them if that is really their email address.
They are paper surrounds they don't get the goop..The goop is only on the accordion surrounds.
My paper surrounds are gooped as are most of the 604C's I've seen. I think it's a "B" and earlier thing.
